INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING | Wig Studio 1 now offers international shipping to 280 countries! When visiting our website, your currency and information will automatically update based on your current location.  Our system will collect all taxes and duties at checkout.  Please allow approximately 10 business days for your order to be processed and a tracking number to be sent to the email on file.  International orders will be shipped via DHL.

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION | Wig Studio 1 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.  We offer Route as an added layer of protection for your order which ensures replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  This optional package protection is offered at checkout for a small fee.

SHIPPING FEES | Wig Studio1 does not offer free shipping on international orders.  Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout before your order is finalized.

DUTIES AND TAXES | Any applicable fees will be calculated at checkout and collected as part of your final transaction.

MISCELLANEOUS SHIPPING FEES | Any shipments returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address or refusal upon delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee.

SHIPPING DELAYS | Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, inclement weather, or carrier delays.  Many holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when estimating shipping times.
