HOW DO I CHANGE THE PART ON MY WIG?Updated 2 years ago

Monofilament Wigs and Toppers allow you to change the part on any piece to create a different look / style. Some wigs and toppers come with a zigzag part. This is for packaging purposes only. 

To change the part on a synthetic wig or topper, remove the zigzag part with a Wide Tooth Comb.

Rub hands until warm and press on the part for approximately 15 seconds. The heat from your hands will help set the synthetic fibers and knots in the new direction. Use this technique to change the parting on any synthetic wig or topper that has a full monofilament top. 

To change the part on a monofilament human hair wig or topper, create a new part using your fine tooth comb. Mist the knots with water until slightly damp. Blow dry using your Jon Renau Paddle Brush to direct knots in new direction. Be sure to dry the cap and hair fully. Use the "cool" button to set the hair.
