RECEIPT OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE |
Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Should any order be damaged in shipping from the warehouse to you, or you feel an item has a manufacturer defect, please keep the package intact (box, merchandise, etc.) and complete a Return Authorization Request immediately so that we may coordinate an exchange and re-shipment of your items.
We cannot accept a defective item back if the item is not in eligible condition, so please ensure the following:
- Packaging and product are not altered in any way, with the exception of damage by the carrier. Item MUST be returned in a cardboard box. Items received back in bubble mailers or packing paper will be returned to the sender unopened.
- Hair must not be shaken out or brushed.
- Product has not been worn (except for trying on).
- Odor-Free - Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for return or exchange. This includes cigarette smoke, perfume, shampoo, any styling products.
- Tags and all original packaging must be intact.
- Item and/or packaging is not damaged in any way.
- Request for Return or Replacement is made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
