HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?Updated 9 months ago
Please accept our sincere apologies, but once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order. We process orders quickly upon receipt and our manufacturers do not allow changes to be made once the order is received, so although you may not have received a tracking number for shipping, we are unable to change or cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
However, if the order has been processed but the product is unavailable for immediate shipping (items on preorder or backorder), we can accommodate changes to the backordered item(s).
If you have ordered a preordered product or an item that is on backorder, a notification will be sent to the email on file within 2 to 5 business days of your order being placed with the estimated shipping date information. Our website provides updated inventory information to reflect products that are available for immediate shipping and those that may be delayed. Additionally, we are always happy to check estimated shipping dates for you anytime. If you would like to check the estimated shipping date of an out-of-stock item, please email us at [email protected], or you can use our live chat feature during our regular business hours. You may also leave a message with the color/style information at 877-594-3001, and one of our Personal Hair Consultants will return your call with this information.
