WHAT IS A BACKORDER?Updated 9 months ago

Occasionally backorders occur when requests for a particular item exceed available inventory.

If your order is out of stock, we will provide an estimated shipping date within 3 to 5 business days of processing your order. To obtain an estimated shipping date before purchasing an item, please contact us via live chat or email at [email protected].  You can make changes to your backordered item up until the item is available for shipping as indicated below:

1. Select a new item/color available for immediate shipping.

2. Cancel your original order and refund your original form of payment.

We will promptly ship item(s) once they become available with the original Shipping & Handling method selected. 

*** Please Note: In many cases, backorders become available for shipping before the original estimated shipping date. If your backorder is available for shipping, we will be unable to make changes to or cancel your order. If this occurs, you can still request a return for your order once it is delivered to you. To request a return, please complete our Request A Return Form. 

We are unable to make any changes or cancelations to any international order once your order has been completed at checkout.  This includes any pre-orders/backorders. If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected] before placing your order.
