WHAT IS A RESTOCKING FEE?Updated 2 years ago

A restocking fee is a fee that is applied to returns to help cover the cost of unboxing and completing a thorough inspection of each product returned by customers. The process of a return can sometimes include the re-styling of a piece and/or replacing damaged packaging.

Please note that any shipping charges and Route Package Protection fees applied to your original order are non-refundable.
