Once an order is placed on our website, payment is automatically charged to the original form of payment provided. This is to secure your order for processing and shipping.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated shipping date within 2 to 5 business days of placing your order. To ensure you receive updates, please add [email protected] to your email contacts.

Payment at checkout secures your selected style(s) and color from the next available shipment.

If an item is unavailable, we’ll offer options including:

  • An estimated shipping date.

  • Alternate styles or colors available for immediate shipping.

  • The option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Please note: We do not store any credit card information, and all charges are processed at the time of checkout. 

If you’d prefer not to wait for a backordered item, we’re happy to refund your purchase or help you choose an alternative.
