Backorder
Occasionally, backorders occur when demand exceeds available inventory.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will provide an estimated shipping date within 2 to 5 business days after your order is processed. To check availability before purchasing, contact us via live chat or email at [email protected].
You may cancel or change a backordered item until it becomes available for shipping by:
Selecting a different item or color that’s in stock.
Canceling your order for a full refund.
Once the item is in stock, it will be shipped using your original Shipping & Handling method.
Important:
Backorders may ship earlier than expected. Once your item is ready to ship, we cannot make changes or cancel the order. However, you may still request a return after delivery by completing our Request A Return Form.
International Orders:
We cannot make changes to international orders, including preorders or backorders, once checkout is complete. Please contact [email protected] before placing your order if you have questions.

Preorder
A preorder is an item available for purchase before its official launch—typically a new release. Preordering secures your item before it becomes available to the general public and may sell out.
Once your preorder is placed, you’ll receive an estimated shipping date within 2 to 5 business days. You may cancel or change your preorder at any time before the item is available to ship.
