Please note that our team processes orders very quickly to ensure timely fulfillment. Because of this, it can be difficult to cancel or modify an order once it has been completed at checkout.
If you would like to request a cancellation or change, you're welcome to reach out to our team within 24 hours of placing your order. While we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes, we’re happy to check the order status and let you know if it has not yet been processed.
Out of Stock & Preorder Notifications
If an item you ordered is out of stock or is a preorder item with a confirmed delay from the manufacturer, you will be notified within 2 to 5 business days of placing your order. Once you've received this update, we’re happy to:
Cancel and refund your order
Change your order to a different style or color (at your request)

Important Note:
Preorder and backorder items often become available for shipping before the originally estimated ship date. If your item becomes available for shipping, we will no longer be able to make changes or cancel the order. However, you may still return the item once it arrives by completing our Return Authorization Form.
International Orders:
